Maniscalco, DMD Patient Hannah Brown to Be On the Bachelorette

Dr. Maniscalco has worked with a number of different pageant patients at our Birmingham dental office to give them their picture-perfect smiles. One of our star patients is Hannah Brown, also known as the new Bachelorette on the current season. Premiering on May 13, 2019, on ABC, Hannah Brown sets out to find her ideal husband.

Who is Hannah Brown?

Hannah is an American model who was born in Tuscaloosa Alabama and grew up in Northport Alabama. Hannah went to the University of Alabama where she became a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority. In 2017, she graduated college magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in communication and information technology.

Since the age of 15, Hannah has competed in Alabama teen pageants. She was runner-up in Miss Alabama’s Outstanding Teen 2019 and then the second runner up for Miss Alabama Teen USA 2011. While she did compete in Miss Alabama in 2013, she did not place. After taking a few years’ hiatus from pageantry, Hannah returned to compete in Miss Alabama USA 2017 where she did not place. In 2018, Hannah returned to compete in Miss Alabama USA where she was crowned Miss Alabama. Hannah then went on to represent Alabama in Miss USA 2018. Hannah did not place in the competition.

Although she didn’t place in Miss USA 2018, Hannah did compete in The Bachelor season 23 which starred star former professional football player, Colton Underwood. Hannah placed 7^th place in the competition.

Before season 23 of the Bachelor ended, host Chris Harrison announced Hannah Brown’s lead in the upcoming 15^th season of the Bachelorette. Hannah is the first Bachelorette cast who didn’t place in the top 4 in the Bachelor. Watch Hannah every Monday on ABC to see if she can land the husband of her dreams.
